Who are we

Meet the team

Charlie Turner - Executive Producer

A recent LIPA Graduate, Charlie has over 12 years of theatre experience as an actor, writer and producer. Having either performed or worked at multiple theatres (e.g The Dolman, His Majesty’s, The Sondheim, The Royal Albert Hall, The Liverpool Empire, Shakespeare North Playhouse), He is extremely well versed in how various sized venues operate effectively. His most recent endeavour, “A Covert Affair”, which he co-wrote, produced and starred in was a Sell-out Edinburgh Fringe Show 2025. Managing the marketing campaign (controlling press releases, compiling reviews and managing the show’s social media), he was able to turn a completely unknown company, into a well received, profitable venture. In 2025, he also took on the role of ‘Grantaire’ in the Liverpool Empire’s production of ‘Les Misérables’ for the show's 40th anniversary, before performing alongside the show’s alumni cast as part of the Royal Variety Performance.

Ryan May-Miller - Creative Director

With 13 years experience in professional theatre, Ryan has occupied roles in every facet of the industry. Beginning onstage with credits including the West End production of Billy Elliot The Musical, Ryan expanded his understanding of theatre backstage, achieving the ‘Musical Theatre in Production’ award from Trinity College London, for a regional production of Legally Blonde at the Camberley Theatre. Ryan is also an award-winning filmmaker, winning Plymouth University’s 72 hour Film Challenge while in college. At university, Ryan became president of the Comedy society and co-wrote, produced and starred in two shows at the 2023 and 2024 Edinburgh Fringe. He has also been a drama teacher working in Youth theatre, directing four productions of original shows devised by his students. Most recently, Ryan has worked Front of House at Southampton’s Mayflower theatre and the Sondheim Theatre in the West End, the Home of ‘Les Misérables’.

Molly Montague - Producer

Molly has been acting since the age of seven, and performed in a range of productions including musicals, concerts and dance shows. She studied Drama A-level at Queen Mary’s College in Basingstoke and went on to serve terms as musical consultant, sustainability representative and President of the Musical Theatre Society at the University of Surrey. Her experience in these roles has given her invaluable communication and organisational skills, shouldering responsibilities of co-ordinating her committee, directing, choreographing and producing the shows the society holds throughout the year and organising committee events for both promotion and fundraising. During her term as President, Molly was able to grow the Society and facilitate profitable performances and events, increasing Society funds by over 25% in just a year.
